"Neighborhood: the closest community..."
Land Use Committee
NWONA's Land Use Committee coordinates work parties the Garfield Nature trail restoration and revegetation project. Volunteers remove invasive plants and plant native species to enhance our beloved park. City staff have called our work among the best neighborhood stewardship efforts in Olympia. Come find out why!
The Committee also responds to and give input on other neighborhood land use related projects such as West Bay redevelopment and West Bay waterfront park planning. Your neighborhood space matters, and the Land Use Committee is the place to get involved in these issues.
