NWONA's Communications Committee serves the neighborhood by promoting upcoming events, updating the neighborhood kiosk at the Garfield Nature Trail, and writing, editing, and publishing the annual newsletter. In addition, the committee advises the NWONA board on general matters pertaining to the promotion of communication amongst members, and recruitment of new and existing members.

We need volunteers who are willing to contribute a few hours a year to write stories about neighborhood happenings for the newsletter, volunteers with desktop publishing know how, or volunteers who can motivate and coordinate members to assist in distribution of information.
